Beef ribs again because you should eat them on the nights you don’t eat pork

And this is another installment of my immediate family’s handywork in the kitchen. Nicole is another great little cook who will hopefully share a few more recipes with us… aaaw. It’s like we’re all friends and shite… how effing cute. Oh yeah, and she’s a Yanky Doodle too.

Short ribs braised in sweet onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar with steamed buns and braising liquid.

I want some now. Nicole said they were good and I believe her.
