Ah, the fried chicken and waffle.
I feel like the combination just should not work but I also know for a fact that fried chicken on a waffle, smothered with hot honey and a little butter too, works very, very well.
I also am smart enough to know that this is not every day food.
Do not, I repeat, do not eat chicken and waffles every day. I do not want you to die on the toilet like fat Elvis.

Once hot, spray a light coating of oil over the bottom of the waffle maker, spoon or ladle enough waffle batter over to just cover it, spray the top side of your waffle maker with oil and then close her up.
Cook waffles for 2 ½ – 3 minutes, or until done.
Set aside in a warm spot amnd repeat process until you have enough waffles.
Load them up with a little butter, fried chicken and hot honey for a dirty dinner.

This is a great drtessing for numerous things including roast chicken, grilled pork, chinese takeaway honey prawns, pepporoni pizza, bacon or ham, and anywhere hot sauce might normally be used.
