Crumbed (breaded) fish is so easy my kids could do it.
β¦and they did.
Well, I would be more correct in saying that Obi made it. He made it look as piss easy as it should look too.
Flour, egg wash and then bread crumbs. That is not rocket science. Building rockets is rocket science. This isnβt even close to a chance meeting with Stephen Hawking. It is not, I repeat, not science.
It is though, a pretty satisfying way to cook some nice fresh fish at home. Also, just to reiterate, it is also very easy and has the added advantage of going to be a whole heap tidier than pulling out the battered and deep fried version of fish dinnerβ¦ especially if you are a first timerβ¦
Iβll even make it more of a showy-telly-looky kind of thing, as apposed to one of those lotsa-wordy-ready things that take all of the mental capacity of some one who is a fair bit smarter than youβre looking right now.
Whoa. Soz. Really , Iβm not trying to insult anyoneβ¦ except maybe you. Yeah, you know who Iβm talking to.
So on with the photos thenβ¦

You can do this shit, trust me.
And if you are thinking you might like the look of the salad we had with ours, rest assured it will be hitting these inter-web pages soon!

Tasty-looking indeed!
Cheers homie π
God, this looks so good. I want to eat it now … might have to go on a mission to find fish.
Yes my friend. Go. Find fish!
Meant to add how cool it is that you caught your own. This is something I need to learn. Salad looks brilliant too π
Cheers homie… goes with he territory I guess… Coastal kid π
We only live about 2 miles from a pretty cool beach that must have fish as I see lots of people sitting out under huge umbrellas with long sticks in the rain – that of they are just looking for some peace and quiet π learning to fish is on my long-term aims – short term-aims are mainly focused on staying afloat at work at the moment ):
Afloat at work is good. I am also in that same proverbial boat at the mo’. Afloat in the ocean catching fish is also pretty darn good… π
